Premier League Preview: Manchester United - Liverpool

Manchester United is taking on Liverpool tomorrow at Old Trafford. Although the gap is big when you look at the table, but that will not affect Liverpool, and there are many reasons why they "must" win this game.

One is that, they are fighting for a champions league spot, and to get that spot they most win all their remaining games, and another is that Manchester United are on the way to win their 19th league title, while right now both Liverpool and Manchester United are on 18 league titles, and they will do anything to maintain the record they are sharing with Manchester United.

Rafael Benitez and Liverpool has had very little to smile about this season, but they know that they not only can beat Man. United, but can humiliate them. The last three times Manchester United met Liverpool, they have been ending up losing the match. Last season this time when United took on Liverpool at Old Trafford they were humiliated 1-4.

PLAYERS TO WATCH

Manchester United - Wayne Rooney

Wayne Rooney is in fantastic form, and maybe the best player in the world at the time, he has scored 25 goals in 28 league matches this season, and he will be determined to add to his tally, and test the Liverpool defence in the air.

Liverpool - Fernando Torres

Altough his season has been full of injuries, his stats are no less impressive then Rooney's, Torres has scored 15 league goals in 19 league appearances. Even short of match fitness "El Nino" was great against Lille and Pourtsmouth, and will be giving his favourite defender Nemanja Vidic a hard time.

My prediction

I want Liverpool to win this match, and i'm sure they will give Manchester United a hard time, but i think United will win the match 2-1.
