If I could choose one place in the world I want to visit, it would be Emirates stadium. This stadium is in England's capital London, more precise North London. The team that plays at this stadium is Arsenal F.C.
The Emirates stadium has a capacity to fit 60,355 people and the club used around 390 million pounds, anyone who still thinks that they're poor? Emirates Stadium is the second largest stadium that an English football club plays in, after Manchester United's Old Trafford.
There are several reasons I want to visit Emirates Stadium. One of them is because Arsenal is my favorite team and I love watching them play, actually everyone does even if you support a team from the Spanish league, Italian league or any other league you'll enjoy watching Arsenal play. You'll enjoy watching Arsenal even if you support their arch rivals Tottenham Hotspur.
If you go to Emirates stadium you will not only be able to watch beautiful football, but you will also see a beautiful stadium. This is another reason that I want to visit it, as you can see at the pictures above; the stadium is extremely beautiful, both in the morning and at night. It's a luxurious stadium with extra comfortable seats. Emirates stadium got a five star rating from the UEFA Elite. There are only two other stadiums in England that has gotten a five star rating by UEFA, that is Old Trafford and Wembley.
If I could choose when in the season I want to visit it, it would be the start of the season, one of the first matches. The reason I'll rather go at the start of the season is because that's when they score a lot of goals, because that's when everyone is fresh, and it can't be that many injuries. If you look at their injury list now, it's full. Arsenal has a lot of long term injuries and they are struggling right now. I personally think it's because of the way they play. They play very fast football with a lot of possession, and the opposition gets frustrated and tackles them. But if they have a good season and a fresh squad I'll rather go in the end of the season, then I'll see them score a lot of goals, and maybe I'll get to see them lift a trophy too!!

ReplyDeleteHi, Geir just to inform you, I didn't write it that late, it was just that I had saved it as a draft the same day you gave us the task, and when I published it on the Exam day, the date was the same as when I first saved it 23rd April, and the time too, 10:57, so I just edited the date and changed it to 5th May.
