Cecilies fantasy journey

My Fantasy Journey
My fantasy journey goes to Uganda which is a republic in East Africa. The capital city is called Kampala, and about 50% of the population are under 15 years old, which is shocking.

The reason I want to travel to Uganda, is because I want to experience something different from other kids. Teenagers, including myself, mostly travel to a tropical country so they can get tanned at day and attend a beach party at night. I've got nothing against that, but I have done it incredible many times, so I feel like traveling to a place where I can experience something different and new, and a place where none of my friends has ever been!

There are two things I would do in Uganda; Safari and experience their lifestyle.
Safari
Beeing on a safari means driving through for example the forest in a car(with a tour guide) looking for all sorts of wild animals. Safari seems insane, because you get so close to wild animals, and instead of seeing the animals behind bars in a zoo, you get to see them in the African countryside. Having a couple of lions and an elephant herd following your car in the middle of nowhere seems fantastic but still scary. It's also an experience that few of my friends has done, which is good because I hate doing the same activites and stuff like everyone else.
Experience African lifestyle
I really want to experience how it is to live in a city where people and children are dying of hunger and poverty every day. We're used to live a fancy life where we can do whatever we like, and I belive it's time to realize for sure that others may not have heard about an iPod or TV.
It may seem off wanting to live in a strawhouse and carry water on my head, but instead of wathing those annoying TV commercials that shows you a kid with HIVm I'd like to see it with my own eyes.

I didn't use any sources for this task. My father used to work in Uganda, so I've heard all the stories a person can tell about Uganda, and I knew the info before. So he is basicly the source.

I haven't got a clue how to download a video from Youtube, so CLICK HERE to see a video that shows you a little bit from Queen Elizabeth National Park in Uganda.
