Best player in the world? It has to be Cristiano Ronaldo, says Bashir

"This summer’s World Cup finals in South Africa, as well as determining the best team in the

world, will also go a long way towards settling the on-going argument...who is the

greatest player on the planet?"

The best player in this summer's World Cup will definitely be C. Ronaldo. Why? because he`s simply is the best player because he has been voted to the best player in the world. And he has proof, while Rooney has not. Ronaldo may simply not be compared with Rooney because Ronaldo is faster, technically better and stronger.

Rooney is English in style of play which I hate. I like the Portuguese, Brazilian and Argentine style of play, because there are a lot more technique which I like. While in English football is only physic. This is one of the biggest reasons I like Ronaldo over Rooney. Ronaldo has much better technique, and it is fun to watch Ronaldo play soccer, while Rooney is not. Rooney is a very boring player to watch in style, while Ronaldo is much more explosiver, faster and technicaly better.

Although Ferguson is the "only one" who think Rooney is better than Ronaldo and the best in the world. But here I have a lot to tell Ferguson "Do not be one that hides the truth just be honest and a grown man, and Admit that C. Ronaldo is a lot! Better than Rooney.

But I will not just say negative things about Rooney. This season, Rooney has shown us what he can be good for. He has scored an incredible amount of goals that makes him the best player Manchester United have, but not the best in the world. And there are many English fans, who hopes that Rooney will score a lot of goals for England when the World Cup gets underway this summer. And that he stays in the shape he is in now.

"I hope that Ronaldo will come through the World Cup having scored lots of goals and still the best player in the world. If he does that, then he can help Portugal to big success in the World Cup in South Africa."
