My Fantasy Journey

Brazil

I’ve been in many countries, but a place I want to go to is Brazil. Not because I have heard much about it, but it is a place I really feel I'd like to experience.

Brazil is South America and is one of the largest states in terms of area and population. The country borders to many countries like: Venezuela, Argentina and Peru. The capital in Brazil is Brasilia. In Brazil they only speak Portuguese. They are known for their festivals. The place I want to go to in Brazil is Sao Paulo. Sao Paulo is one of the largest of cities in Brazil and one of the largest cities in the world.

In a large city like Sao Paulo, there are lots of cultural events and entertainment you can enjoy. Perhaps one of the most famous dances is Samba, something that seems fun to try some day. Also since I play soccer, I had certainly visited Morumbi Stadium to see a match where the atmosphere is probably the highest.

I have heard that the first impression is when you go to this great city you get a little scared because it is a completely different culture. There is also many different people and a lot sounds of cars and mopeds, but eventually you will get quite used to it when you’ve been there a few days.

I want to go to this place because it seems really nice place and a warm and tropical environment, where you can spend all your day at the beach. I have never been in South America, so it would have been a nice experience to go there. There is also a little annoying thing, that it is time difference between Norway and Brazil. Let’s say if it's 12.00 o’clock, it is 8.00 o’clock in Brazil.

I want to experience all the things that seem special and that is very common to do there. I do not think something will be happen, but is very eager to go there in December or in January, when it’s cold here in Norway. I want to go there with my near friends and then we can go to the beach and enjoy our evening.
